I believe Counselling is a process facilitated by a caring and non-judgmental professional where you can create better coping mechanisms and work on your personal development. Counselling enables you to develop a clearer understanding of yourself and a better awareness of your emotional responses to personal, professional, physical or relationship difficulties.
My approach is person-centred and integrative. This enables the client to deal with their issues in ways that are best suited to them. This can also promote positive growth and self-belief.
I also use mindfulness with my clients as this has shown to be effective in addressing depression and anxiety.
I offer day, evening and weekend sessions. Please contact me for availability.

I provide therapeutic counselling to help people deal with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, sadness, low self-esteem, confidence, anger, stress, relationship difficulties, loss and infertility.
I aim to help you explore how you are responding emotionally and psychologically to the challenges or life circumstances that are causing distress.
From this you will gain a better understanding of yourself, awareness of your needs and/or develop news ways of coping.
