Indian Head massage is a relaxing therapy that involves massaging the neck, shoulder and face. It relaxes the scalp as well as relieving naeck and shoulder stiffness, whilst also restoring joint mobility and dispersing toxins. Indian Head Massage may use essential oils, ones commonly used are Lavender, Camomile, Frankincense, Rosemary and Clary Sage.
Indian Head Massage can also be use to relieve headaches, sinus problems, congestion and insomnia.
