Shiatsu is an enjoyable and effective form of oriental massage with similar principles to acupuncture. Treatment involves gentle stretches, making movements and holding techniques which improve posture, flexibility and energy flow for the body and mind.
I am a member of the Register of the Shiatsu Society and a graduate of the European Shiatsu School. I have been a clinical practitioner for over 25 years.
Shiatsu helps to relieve stress tension, improves digestion, menstrual problems, relieve backache and promote healthier pregnancy. My clinical experience includes the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinsons Disease (PD), frozen shoulder, strokes, emotional and psychological problems and supportive caring with cancer patients.
