Annette Wetherell

Couple and Family Therapist

My practice and approach

I believe relationships are important and when our important relationships go wrong it can lead to a great deal of unhappiness which can show its self in all sorts of ways such as depression, anxiety, anger conflict or withdrawal from life or each other.

My approach is to explore and develop a greater understanding of your relationships. I will be curious and ask questions about the concerns you bring. I will share with you my thoughts, and invite you to explore and challenge your own thinking. I aim to create an environment where we can respect and learn from each other and develop an appreciation of how complex and demanding relationships are.

What I aim to achieve in my practice

The aim of this work is to help you better understand yourself, those around you and the problems you face. This understanding can help you begin to feel differently and can give you a new perspective on your way forward.
